Zensa Nero di Troia Organic 2021 is a rich, velvety red crafted in the sun-drenched vineyards of Puglia. The name “Zensa” means “without” in Italian, referring to the winery’s commitment to producing wines without pesticides or harmful chemicals, using only organic farming and sustainable vineyard practices.

Made from Nero di Troia, one of southern Italy’s most characterful native grapes, this wine is deep, generous and wonderfully smooth — an irresistible combination of ripe fruit, spice and Mediterranean warmth.

Aroma

Bold and expressive, with aromas of black cherry, plum and blueberry, layered with hints of violet, sweet spice, chocolate and vanilla.

Palate

Full-bodied, silky and beautifully rounded. Flavours of ripe dark fruit, blackberry jam and black cherry unfold alongside touches of cocoa, cinnamon, liquorice and soft oak.
The tannins are smooth and polished, while the acidity keeps the wine fresh and well-balanced.
The finish is long, warm and satisfyingly smooth — classic Puglian richness with finesse.
