Physical Wine Orders We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. To request a refund email alticciowinestore@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wine Club Subscription Boxes No refunds for boxes already dispatched unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Digital Products (Discovery Pack PDF) Non-refundable once downloaded unless the file is faulty. Contact us within 7 days if you experience a download issue.

Gift Cards Non-refundable.
