ALTICCIO WINE STORE & BAR — TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective date: April 2026

PART 1 — WINE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION

1. The Subscription Service The Alticcio Wine Club is a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Product: Alticcio Wine Journey — Monthly Discovery | Price: £69.00/month | Contents: 3 curated bottles, tasting notes card, food pairing card, Digital Discovery Pack insert, 3 Monthly Wine Challenge entries | Discount: 5% off all online purchases | Delivery: Free UK mainland

2. Eligibility You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to subscribe.

3. Billing Payment is taken monthly via Seal Subscriptions through Shopify Payments. You will receive email confirmation of each payment.

4. Cancellation Cancel anytime before your next billing date with no penalty. Log in to your account or email orders@alticciowinestore.co.uk In accordance with the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, cancellation is simple and does not require a phone call.

5. Delivery Dispatched within 5 working days of billing date. UK mainland only. Contact us within 7 days if your box is lost or damaged.

6. Contents Wines are curated monthly around a theme. The bottles remain a surprise until delivery. Wine style preferences are taken into account but cannot be guaranteed.

7. Discount 5% off all online purchases at alticciowinestore.co.uk while subscribed. Applied automatically when logged in.

8. Refunds No refunds for dispatched boxes unless faulty or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence at orders@alticciowinestore.co.uk 

9. Alcohol You confirm you are aged 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
