ALTICCIO WINE STORE & BAR — TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective date: April 2026
PART 1 — WINE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION
1. The Subscription Service The Alticcio Wine Club is a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Product: Alticcio Wine Journey — Monthly Discovery | Price: £69.00/month | Contents: 3 curated bottles, tasting notes card, food pairing card, Digital Discovery Pack insert, 3 Monthly Wine Challenge entries | Discount: 5% off all online purchases | Delivery: Free UK mainland
2. Eligibility You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to subscribe.
3. Billing Payment is taken monthly via Seal Subscriptions through Shopify Payments. You will receive email confirmation of each payment.
4. Cancellation Cancel anytime before your next billing date with no penalty. Log in to your account or email alticciowinestore@gmail.com. In accordance with the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, cancellation is simple and does not require a phone call.
5. Delivery Dispatched within 5 working days of billing date. UK mainland only. Contact us within 7 days if your box is lost or damaged.
6. Contents Wines are curated monthly around a theme. The bottles remain a surprise until delivery. Wine style preferences are taken into account but cannot be guaranteed.
7. Discount 5% off all online purchases at alticciowinestore.co.uk while subscribed. Applied automatically when logged in.
8. Refunds No refunds for dispatched boxes unless faulty or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence at alticciowinestore@gmail.com.
9. Alcohol You confirm you are aged 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
PART 2 — MONTHLY WINE CHALLENGE
10. The Competition Skill-based monthly competition. Not a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005. No gambling licence required.

11. Eligibility UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees and immediate family not eligible.
12. How to Enter Route A — Wine Club (£69/month): 3 free entries automatically each month. Route B — Discovery Pack (£5): 1 entry per purchase at alticciowinestore.co.uk. Route C — Spend £25+ in bar or online: 1 free entry per qualifying transaction.
13. Free Postal Entry — No Purchase Necessary Send your full name, address, email, date of birth and answer to:

One entry per person per month. Must be received by last day of the month.
14. The Prize Month 1 (April 2026): Magnum Ripasso della Valpolicella (1.5L) + 2 Alticcio Wine Tasting Event tickets. If the winner cannot attend, an Alticcio store voucher to the equivalent value will be issued instead. Prizes are non-transferable.
15. The Draw All correct answers are assigned a unique entry number. Winner selected by random.org. Results by email within 7 days of the draw. Winner must respond within 14 days.
PART 3 — REFERRAL PROGRAMME (May 2026) Referrer: £10 off next month + 5 extra challenge entries. New subscriber: £10 off first box.
PART 4 — DIGITAL DISCOVERY PACK £5 PDF delivered by email after purchase. Includes wine education notes, tasting guide and 1 challenge entry. Non-refundable once downloaded unless file is faulty.
