ALTICCIO WINE CLUB — SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your Alticcio Wine Club subscription at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee.

How to cancel:

1. Log in to your account at alticciowinestore.co.uk
2. Go to Account → Manage Subscriptions
3. Select Cancel Subscription

Or email alticciowinestore@gmail.com and we will cancel within 1 working day.

Important:

• Cancellation must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
• You will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
• In accordance with the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, cancellation is simple and does not require a phone call or complex process.
