St. Petroni Vermú Branco is a hand-crafted white vermouth made by Vermutería de Galicia in the town of Padrón, in the Rías Baixas region of north-western Spain. It is made using locally grown Albariño grapes, which are partially fermented and aged on their lees to bring extra richness and depth of flavour.

What makes this vermouth truly unique is its infusion of 29 different botanicals, including locally foraged herbs such as rosemary, sage, lemon verbena, bay leaf, orange peel and hibiscus. It’s a fresh and expressive drink, blending the fruity elegance of Albariño with a delicate herbal complexity.
