How to Serve It

• Best served chilled, around 10–12°C

• Do not add ice, as it may dull the delicate aromas and flavours

• Enjoy it from a regular white wine glass to bring out the perfume

It’s a great match for seafood starters, grilled or fried fish, or Mediterranean dishes. You can also enjoy it as a light aperitif before a meal.
