IGP D'OC MON GRENACHE 'JEAN CLAUDE-MASS 2021

 Produced by multi-award winning winemaker Jean-Claude Mas in the Languedoc using just the noble grape Grenache Noir. This wine has a contemporary aesthetic and focuses on fruit intensity and approachability. Destemmed grapes are fermented in cement and stainless steel tanks, and 25% of the wine is matured in American and French oak barrels for 5 months before being blended. The color is a vivid crimson, and the aromas on the nose are of framboise, violet, sweet spices, and vanilla. The flavors on the palate are ample, jammy, and silky, with notes of cherry, raspberry, and spice. And all in an unusual bottle!
