BULGARINI GARDA CLASSICO CHIARETTO DOC 2020

Groppello, Sangiovese, Marzemino, Barbera. Light rosè wine tending to a cherry shade, with a balanced fruity and flowery aroma (scent), with a dry, harmonic, mineral taste. Destemming and light pressing, pre-fermentative maceration carried out at low temperature, (racking process), pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Short (refinemet) maturation, partly carried out in bottle.

Pale rosé colour. Intense bouquet with fruity scents of small red fruits, raspberry, black cherry, fragrant cherry. Floral notes of violet and rose. Balanced on the palate, intense with a marked acidity and sapidity with a long finish.
