This crémant bailly lapierre chardonnay is all in finesse. The harvests are done manually, the grapes are housed in 45 kg crates with open tracks. Maturing on latte for a minimum of 16 months Les Caves de Bailly Lapierre, 430 winemakers bring their grapes in the cellar. An elegant and refined sparkling wine, with apple, pear and grapefruit character, and hints of buttered toast. A “Blanc de Blancs” made exclusively from white Chardonnay grapes.
