Clos de Nouys is the essence of Vouvray and this 25 acre estate is found just outside the eponymous sleepy village, where they are the masters of Chenin Blanc.

 A delicate sparkling wine, with floral notes of acacia on the nose, followed by flavours of fresh citrus fruit and hints of almonds.
