Cantina Fiorentino Galatina DOC Negroamaro “Galatea” 2023 is a smooth and expressive organic red from Puglia, the sun-drenched heel of Italy. Made entirely from Negroamaro, the region’s signature grape, this wine captures the warmth of the south with its rich fruit, soft tannins and Mediterranean charm.

Aroma

The nose opens with ripe blackberries, cherries and plums, enriched by subtle hints of spice, cocoa and wild herbs.

Palate

On the palate, it’s velvety and well-rounded, with flavours of dark fruit, liquorice and sweet spice. Fine tannins and balanced acidity give the wine freshness and elegance, while the finish is long, smooth and gently savoury.
