AOC Sancerre Les Caillottes Dauny 2025

The Dauny family has tended vines on the prime slopes of Champtin since 1683, now farmed by the 12th and 13th generations — Christian, Nicole and their sons Benoît and Thibaut. Their 17 hectares have been certified organic since 1964, using copper, sulphur and plant-based composts, with vines averaging over 20 years old.

A precise, mineral Sancerre from the pebbly limestone of Les Caillottes: citrus and green fruit with greengage, gooseberry and fresh herbal notes, finishing bright and refreshing.
