Aristocratico Valpolicella Ripasso DOC 2022 is a smooth and elegant red wine from the Veneto region in northern Italy. On the palate, it’s velvety and well-structured, with flavours of ripe red fruits, like raspberries and cherries, balanced by a gentle warmth and hints of herbs and pepper. The finish is long and satisfying.

• Best served at 16–18°C

• Let it breathe for 20–30 minutes after opening for the best expression

• Don’t use ice, as it would mute the wine’s refined character
