Fermented in bottle for eighteen months, it employs champagne's method of production, the rich, yeasty toastiness declaring its irresistible credentials.
A light golden colour with a persistent stream of small bubbles. Crisp and dry on the palate, with lemon and pear fruit flavours, as well as a buttery richness.
